These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taleswitch mobile application and services.

1. Agreement

By using Taleswitch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

Only adults may create accounts
Parents are responsible for supervising children
Children may not use the Service independently

3. Description of the Service

Taleswitch provides AI-generated children's stories, illustrations, and audio narration. The service is available in English and German. Planned premium features include:

Personalized child images
Expanded story formats
Additional languages

4. AI Disclosure

All content is AI-generated. Synthetic voices and images are clearly identified.

5. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Taleswitch a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process such content solely to provide the Service.

6. License to AI-Generated Content

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use AI-generated stories, images, and audio for personal and commercial use.

7. Taleswitch Use of Generated Content

We may use anonymized or non-identifiable generated content for:

Quality control
Service improvement
Marketing demonstrations

No child-identifiable content is used without explicit consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate illegal or inappropriate content
Upload content without rights
Circumvent safeguards
Misuse AI-generated content
Use the Service commercially without authorization

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing is handled by Apple / Google
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
Refunds follow platform policies

10. Availability & Modifications

The Service may change or be updated. Availability is not guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and underlying AI systems remain property of Taleswitch.

12. AI Limitations

AI content may contain errors or unexpected results. Taleswitch provides content "as is".

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Taleswitch against claims arising from misuse or violations of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
